To confirm the booking, a deposit of 30% of the total is required.
Our cancellation policy is as follows:
- Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival: 100% deposit refund
- Cancellation between 29 and 15 days before: 50% refund of the deposit
- Cancellation less than 15 days before: no refund
In case of exceptional situations (serious illness, travel restrictions), we study each case individually.
